Today, he continues to lead the team, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
Justin – Lead Technician & 1st Son of Mike
As the firstborn son of Mike, Justin grew up around the trade and learned firsthand what it takes to build something great. With a sharp eye for detail and years of hands-on experience, he specializes in electrical work, remodeling, and troubleshooting complex systems. His dedication to craftsmanship and problem-solving makes him a key leader on the team.
Logan – Lead Technician & 2nd Son of Mike
Following in his father’s footsteps, Logan has become a key part of the MHS team, bringing expertise in electrical upgrades, remodeling, and project management. His ability to strategically plan and execute projects ensures that jobs run smoothly and efficiently. With a passion for growing the business, Logan is focused on taking MHS to new heights.
Melissa – Office Manager Extraordinaire

Frank – Shop Manager & Logistics Coordinator
