“I was referred to Mike’s Handyman Service to repair my window. Melissa, from Mike’s Handyman Service, had great communication with me. She advised me when Mike and the crew was coming over. And they were prompt and on time. Mike first came and identified and analyzed the problem of the window. He suggested a time and day when repairs could be made. Melissa was able to schedule and send out a crew. Logan and Andy came to make repairs on that scheduled time. They were very knowledgeable and quickly identified the best solution to make repairs. They immediately made repairs, double checked their work, checked the area was clean before they left and made sure I was satisfied.
Logan and Andy were very courteous, professional and clean. I appreciate their services.”

“MHS deserves 5 stars from my experience. I do most handyman work myself but routing a cooktop vent through an existing cabinet with no vent, through a load bearing wall top plate, into an attic with a “California joint”‘ over the wall, and up to and through the roof isn’t a job I wanted any part of.

I accepted their offer late in my time frame after an AC contractor balked at the cabinet and wall plate work.

After Mellissa (very professional) heard my plea for help,They started the job next day!

Turns out Mike has different people for different jobs (wow – unexpected). I saw three different guys for this job, cabinet, ductwork and electrical.

Completed in 1.5 days, the quality of the work was outstanding. Perhaps equally as important, the price was very reasonable (competitive).

I needed a water heater replacement. Called Mike’s Handyman and they took care of everything. Got me a high quality product at a good price. They covered all the details in the installation. Installed a pan, hooked up a drain and strapped it down, bled the water lines after installation and tested the unit. They took care of all the details and all it took was one phone call and they were out the next day. I’ll definitely use them again.

I have used Mike’s Handyman Service since 2009, the first time was a relatively big job moving our electric panel from inside the house to halfway across our house to the outside, upgrading it and connecting our HVAC. Since then, I have used them several times including fixing to two porches, repairing a shower and other “honey do” projects. Recently we had a power surge after a Edison repair which they came out that day to help us troubleshoot different components in the house that would have to be repaired, one of which included our sprinklers system that they repaired. I saw one reviewer state that they help the “higher crust”, they are not like that at all. Mike and all of his crew have been nothing but courteous and professional. They tried to give you an accurate estimate of time but with any repair job there are times that you run into unexpected difficulties that consumes more time. Mike’s Handyman Service are our first call for any repairs that are needed at our home and businesses. We have already set up our next project with them.
